TLI currently uses numerous forms of electronic communication with our customer base. This may be as basic as electronic transmission of invoices
via an attached document to e-mail or through a complete EDI interface for receipt of Advanced Shipping Notification (ASN’s), invoices,
ship confirmations, etc. Each form of communication requires different mapping, program enhancements, formatting, development and review to
assure both parties’ needs are met.

Fastrak

FastTrak is software used within the TLI Corporate Office to track all Customer freight. Users can view and
print Delivery Tickets, run OS&D reports, enter POD information, run case histories, and rate |
| freight based on five different models - Zip to Zip, Zone to Zone, Weight, Weight by Zone, and Carton
by Zone. Invoices can be exported in the form of an EDI 210 document, Shipment notifications in EDI 204, PODs
and Scan Data can be exported in fixed-width or comma delimited, and OS&D reports can be exported in EDI 214,
fixed-width or comma delimited formats. |
Webtrak

APDS WebTrak is the web interface to the APDS FastTrak system. APDS FastTrak handles all requests
for web pages or APDS FastTrek data automatically. |
| Users are denied or allowed access based on their password. The types of services available include:

Carriertrak

APDS Carrier Trak is scaled down version of APDS Fast Trak system. It is specifically used in the
field to give APDS Pool agents access to shipment data. |
| EDI 204 documents, import data from the Scan Gun, process OS&Ds, reconcile exceptions, print Delivery
Ticket and transmit all data to APDS via the internet. Multiple shipments can be consolidated into one shipment
generating a new MBOL. Outbound truck can generate a "summary" Delivery Ticket. |
Scanman

APDS ScanMan is software that resides on our scan guns. It is written in eight different versions that allow
it to run on Symbol MC3000 Windows CE 5.0/4.2, PPT8800, Intermec 700 Series, Opticon H-16, PPT2800, SPT-1500, PDT-3100,
Falcon16, and the Falcon 320. |
| There are seven different types of ways scan users can perform with this software: Inbound Freight (IB), Consolidated
Freight (OB), Inbound Store Freight (IS), Outbound Store Freight (OS) and Transfer Cases (IT). Default settings include
barcode length, if, or where, the Store ID is in the barcode and MBOL prefix. Duplicate checks are performed on the OB
and OS process to allow accurate counts. |

APDS ScanMan- Falcon is software that resides on our Falcon series scan guns. It is primarily use for Inbound,
Outbound, Consolidated, and Transfer scanning. |

APDS ScanMan - Palm is software that resides on our Palm series scan guns. It is primarily use for Delivery scanning. |
